Privacy

This site is deliberately light on data collection. There is no advertising network here, no third party analytics, and no tracking pixels. What follows is the whole of it.

What we collect

  • Order details. Your name, email address and shipping address, plus what you bought and what it cost. We need these to take the order, ship it and answer questions about it later.
  • Codex build requests. Whatever you type into the request form, including your email and, if you give it, your Discord handle.
  • Your cart. Stored in your own browser, not on our servers. It holds item identifiers and quantities. Clearing your browser data clears it.

What we do not collect

  • Card details. Payment happens on Stripe. Your card number never reaches this site and we could not see it if we wanted to.
  • Advertising or cross site tracking data. There is none on this site.
  • An account or a password. There is nothing here to log in to.

Who else is involved

  • Stripe processes payments and holds the payment record. Their privacy policy governs that.
  • Cloudflare hosts this site and stores its database. They process requests on our behalf.
  • Shipping carriers get the name and address on the label, because a parcel cannot be delivered without one.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, which is generally seven years. Codex build requests that never became an order are deleted once they are clearly not going anywhere.

Your choices

Email support@drjstreams.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We may have to keep a minimal record of a completed sale for tax reasons even after a deletion request, and we will say so if that applies.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. Stripe sets its own during checkout, on its own pages, for fraud prevention. Your cart uses your browser's local storage rather than a cookie.

Children

This shop is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
